Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 19, 2012, at around 14:00, the Defendant sustained an injury on the right-hand transfusion that requires approximately two weeks of treatment on the part of the victim's hand floor when the Defendant had a dispute with the victim for the reason that the fingers, which the Defendant was carrying the abolition, conflict with the vehicle of the victim E (78 years of age).
