Punishment of the crime

On September 5, 2017, around 11:21, the Defendant driven the B-learning car without a vehicle driver's license from the front of the M-dong branch in Seongdong-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu to the front of the 133 Home plug, as Seoul Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, to the front of the 133 Home plug.
