Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol content 0.235% without a driver’s license, was driven on Feb. 20, 2013 by the 49cc otoba, a large-scale 12:20 on Feb. 20, 2013 without a license number plate, driven on the 12:20 on Feb. 12:20, 2013, driving on the kneba of movable property in Soyang-gu, Youngyang-gu, Seoul, along the two-lanes in Seoul

In such cases, the driver has a duty of care to prevent accidents by driving safely by checking the right and the right in the front and the right in a clear mind at all times.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to operate the above Obaba, and concealed C New Estypt vehicles owned by the victim B (the age of 62) who stopped the traffic signal at the intersection.

Ultimately, the Defendant destroyed the above occupational negligence in a way that the amount of KRW 220,000 is equivalent to the repairing cost of the damaged vehicle.

2. The Defendant is a holder of Orala as described in the foregoing 1.1.

The Defendant had a duty to operate automobile mandatory insurance after purchasing a mandatory insurance policy in order to operate off-to-land land on the road at the time and place set forth in the above 1.

Nevertheless, the defendant operated the above Oral Ba without mandatory insurance.
