1. The fact that the deceased A was diagnosed as a first-class disability under the Act on Welfare of Persons with Disabilities on December 24, 2013 and that he/she was a school on May 9, 2014.

1. Basic facts

A. On September 14, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with the Defendant C, a mother of the deceased, stating “the details of the insurance contract” (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

B. Among the terms and conditions of the instant insurance contract, the main contents of the part concerning the payment of expenses for diagnosis of specific high-level disability are as follows, and the amount of insurance coverage for the Plaintiff’s expenses for diagnosis of specific high-level disability is KRW 100,000,000.

28. If the insured (persons subject to insurance) falls under any of the following cases due to a disease (excluding diagnosis or treatment due to the disease within the past five years from the date of subscription for the insurance contract) during the insurance period of this Special Terms and Conditions, Article 2 (Types and Grounds for Payment of Insurance Money) of the Special Terms and Conditions for the Examination of Specific High Disability for a Disease, the amount of subscription for the insurance under this Special Terms and Conditions shall be paid to the beneficiary [the beneficiary who receives the insurance money and the beneficiary who has not been designated as the beneficiary] for the specific high-level disability insurance amount only once for the first one:

1. Where he/she has lost part of his/her body or has lost its function permanently and thereby becomes a disability state prescribed in the criteria for determining a disease, specific high-level disability (hereinafter referred to as "specific disability due to a disease");

2. When one or more of the physical disability, brain disease, visual disability, hearing disability, and speech disability occurs, and the first or second grade disability (referring to physical disability, external disability, visually disability, visually disability, hearing disability, and speech disability) as prescribed in Article 2 of the Enforcement Decree of the Welfare of Persons with Disabilities Act and Article 2 of the Enforcement Rule of the Welfare of Persons with Disabilities Act are disabled (referred to as "persons with disabilities with disabilities", "specific high-level disability for diseases" as prescribed in paragraph 1(1)(1) of the attached Table (based on the criteria for determining specific high-level disability for diseases), and the doctor's diagnosis and confirmation has been made that the state continues permanently because the disability falls under the condition prescribed in 2. to 8. of the attached Table (based on the criteria for determining specific high-level disability for diseases).
