All appeals filed by prosecutors and defendants are dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. The sentence imposed by the prosecutor by the court below (six months of imprisonment) is too unhued and unfair.

B. The sentence imposed by the Defendant by the lower court is too unreasonable.

2. We examine the judgment and the defendant's arguments together.

Taking into account the circumstances favorable to the defendant, such as the fact that the defendant repeatedly committed a crime against many unspecified victims, the fact that damage has not been recovered, the fact that the defendant was sentenced five times to a fine for the same kind of crime, and the fact that the defendant committed an additional crime even during the course of being investigated, etc., which are disadvantageous to the defendant, such as the fact that the defendant committed a crime against a large number of unspecified victims, the fact that there is no significant amount of damage and the amount of damage, and the fact that the defendant committed an anti-sex and is taking in repayment of damage, the circumstances favorable to the defendant, such as the defendant's age, sexual behavior, environment, family relationship, motive, background, means and consequence of the crime, and the circumstances after

There are no circumstances such as evaluation or maintenance of it is deemed unfair.

Therefore, as the prosecutor asserts that the sentence imposed by the court below is too uneasible or unreasonable, or the defendant's assertion is too unreasonable as the defendant asserts, so the prosecutor and the defendant's assertion are without merit.

3. If so, the appeal by the prosecutor and the defendant is without merit. Thus, all of the appeals by the prosecutor and the defendant are dismissed in accordance with Article 364(4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
