1. Facts of recognition;

(2) On February 21, 2007, the Plaintiff borrowed KRW 65,00,000 from G to repay the principal and interest on the loans borrowed from Gangnam-gun, Inc., and completed the registration of creation of a new mortgage on each of the land and the land of Seocho-gun, Seocheon-gun and Seocho-gu, Seoul, with the cancellation of the registration of creation of a new mortgage on February 21, 2007.

B. The Defendant’s construction contract and the Plaintiff’s second offer as security 1) Defendant from I around April 27, 2009 to 80 households with 10 multi-household houses (hereinafter “multi-household houses in this case”) on the land of Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon (J).
