1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 131,983,560 as well as KRW 120,00,000 among them, from February 25, 2015 to May 1, 2015.

Comprehensively taking into account the determination of the cause of the claim, Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 5 through 7, and the purport of the whole pleadings, the plaintiff entered into a guarantee insurance contract for return of deposit with the insured as of July 31, 2013 with the defendant medical corporation Eul at KRW 120 million, and with the insurance period of KRW 150 million from July 3, 2013 to December 31, 2015 (hereafter referred to as the "guarantee insurance contract" in this case).
