1. On July 17, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was not corrected for the purpose of cutting away things in front of the third floor room of the C Hospital DDdong located in Seo-gu, Busan; and (b) intruded into the room occupied by the victim’s watchkeeping doctor.

2. A theft Defendant: (a) deducted the victim E’s cash amounting to KRW 45,00,000, which was located on the watch of the above doctor’s watch room; and (b) stolen the said amount.
