On March 9, 2013, at around 22:40, the Defendant driven B string cars with a blood alcohol concentration of about 500 meters from the front line of the Twit-dong, Nam-gu, Incheon to the front line of the same Twit-dong, Nam-gu, Incheon, with approximately 500 meters alcohol concentration of about 0.116%.
