Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of two years and six months and by a fine of two thousand won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 3, 2015, the Defendant had a duty of care to prevent the occurrence of a fire in advance by taking measures, such as checking that the cigarette butts were completely cut off, on the ground that, around 05:30 on April 3, 2015, the Defendant smoked tobacco at the house of the Defendant located in Gyeyang-gun C, Yangwon-gun, Yang-gun, and thus, she had a duty of care to avoid the occurrence of a fire.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and left at the location where the cigarette butts were discontinued without completely extinguishing the shot, and caused the Defendant to spread to the entire container owned by the Defendant through the wall and tent attached to the suspension of the cigarette butts at around that time.

Ultimately, the Defendant destroyed one container equivalent to KRW 6 million at the market price owned by the Defendant by the foregoing negligence and caused public danger.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. On April 2, 2015, at around 16:06, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a D Poter freight vehicle in approximately five kilometers in front of the “cabin resources” located in Yang-gu, Yangyang-gu, Yangyang-gu, Yang-gu, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gu, Yangyang-gu, and the front day of the Guam in the same Gun.

B. On April 3, 2015, around 12:58, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven the above cargo vehicle from approximately 3 km to the Defendant’s residence located in the same Gun C in front of the “Belgium Mon” located in the center of Yang-gu Yang-gu, Yangwon-gun, Yangyang-gu.

3. Violation of the Road Traffic Act and the Road Traffic Act;

A. On April 5, 2015, at around 19:20, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a DNA cargo vehicle at approximately one km in the direction of both-gu and Eup in both-gu, where he/she is under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of 0.150%.

B. On April 7, 2015, at around 03:11, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle at approximately 1 km section from the upstream of Yangwon-gu, Yangwon-gun to the E community hall in the same Gun, while under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of 0.126% without a driver’s license.
