1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On April 5, 1948, the Plaintiff was discharged from active service on October 31, 1956 on the part of the National Defense Guard as Second Lieutenant on January 20, 1951.

B. On April 13, 2013, the Plaintiff applied for registration of a person who has rendered distinguished service to the State on the ground that he/she was an applicant for a hearing disability, but was determined by the Defendant on July 8, 2013, and applied for registration of a person who has rendered distinguished service to the State on the ground that he/she was an applicant for the next fifth finger injury on the right-hand side of April 26, 2013, but was determined non-conforming to the requirements for a person who has rendered distinguished service to the State on September 4, 2013.

As to each of the above dispositions, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit seeking revocation of a non-conformity of the requirements for persons who rendered distinguished services to the State as Seoul Administrative Court Decision 2013Gudan2041, but was ruled against the Plaintiff, which became final and conclusive

C. 2. Determination on the legitimacy of the disposition

A.
