1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The defendant corporation as the parties is a foundation with the objective of media business, such as broadcasting and press.
The defendant C was the representative of the defendant corporation around June 2009.
On April 1, 1988, the Plaintiff was a person who was employed as the Round on the Defendant corporation and was manufacturing a radio program “D” from 2010 to March 2013.
B. On May 31, 201, the Defendant Corporation held a disciplinary committee on May 13, 201, during the period of disciplinary action against the Plaintiff, and decided to take three-month disciplinary action against the Plaintiff on the ground that the Plaintiff’s following misconduct constitutes grounds for disciplinary action under Article 44 subparag. 10 of the Personnel Regulations.

1. 원고는 2011. 2. 19. 17:00경 ‘5분뉴스’를 진행하던 중 정해진 시간 내에 뉴스를 마무리 하지 못하여 강제로 광고가 송출되는 방송사고를 일으킴. 2. 원고는 같은 날 18:30경 ‘저녁 종합뉴스’를 진행하던 중 약 10초 동안 묵음 후 쉰 목소리로 뉴스를 보도하는 방송사고를 일으킴. 3. 원고는 같은 날 19:30경 ‘5분뉴스’를 진행하던 중 정해진 시간 내에 뉴스를 마무리 하지 못하여 강제로 광고가 송출되는 방송사고를 일으킴. 이에 원고가 재심을 청구하였고, 피고 법인은 2011. 5. 25. 다시 징계위원회를 개최하여 원고에 대하여 초심 징계를 감경하여 정직 2개월의 징계를 의결하였다.
Around May 31, 2011, Defendant Corporation notified the Plaintiff of the above disciplinary action.
(2) On February 21, 2013, the Defendant Corporation held a disciplinary committee and decided to take a two-month disciplinary measure against the Plaintiff on the ground that the Plaintiff committed an unlawful act using a corporate card on March 27, 2013.
At the time, the defendant C, the representative of the defendant corporation, demanded a review.
