Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to operate a credit business shall register with a Metropolitan City Mayor having jurisdiction over the relevant place of business.

Any person who actually engages in credit business with no registration shall not receive interest exceeding 30% per annum.

Nevertheless, on May 27, 2011, the Defendant loaned 860,000 won to D from the house located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, to B, and received interest each day on the condition of 20,000 won with interest rate of 65 days with interest rate of 495.52% with interest rate of 20,000 won and 65 days with interest rate of 495.52% with interest rate as stated in the crime sight table, and carried out unregistered credit business three times in total from May 27, 201 to August 13, 2011, and received interest exceeding the statutory interest rate.
