On June 19, 2013, the Defendant driven the wheeled Vehicle on June 14:5, 2013, and operated the exclusive motor vehicle with the two wheels from the area near the southwest of 76, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul to the southwest of 94 to 15:00 on the same day.
