A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 2015, the Defendant took over H kindergarten located in Young-do G in Busan Metropolitan City around 2004 and changed the founder to the Defendant on February 2, 2015. On December 2007, 2007, the Defendant took over the J-care center located in the Busan Young-gu I Apartment-gu G and operated it until February 2015.
