Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 22:30 on December 30, 2013, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim E by saying, “The Defendant was a year with three police officers D, etc. who were assigned to the police box at the office of the police box located in the previous military service, for whom the Defendant: (a) received money from the victim E, namely, “The Defendant was a year with a bad and bad age; (b) the year was a year during which the Defendant was committed; and (c) the year was a year during which the Defendant was committed, and was a year during which the Defendant was committed with a strong interest.”
