Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 4, 2014, the Defendant was the spouse of D who had been registered as preliminary candidates on February 24, 2014 at the 6th nationwide local election C market election which was held by the Defendant on February 24, 2014.

A National Assembly member, local council member, head of local government, head of political party, candidate (including a person intending to become a candidate) and his spouse shall not make a contribution act to persons in the constituency concerned, or institutions, organizations and facilities, or persons, institutions and facilities having relations with the electorate even if they are located outside

Nevertheless, the Defendant:

1. On January 17, 2014, from the mobile phone sales store of “G” in the name of “G” in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, to make a contribution by paying the said F a total of KRW 207,590,00,000 in total, the use fee of the mobile phone (I) used by H, the electorate for personal use (I) to the said F, the electorate, on behalf of the electorate;
