All of the public prosecutions of this case are dismissed.

1. The summary of the facts charged is that the Defendant is a company E in Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, and runs a construction business with 50 full-time workers.

A. If a worker dies or retires, the employer in violation of the Labor Standards Act shall be paid wages, compensations, and all other money and valuables within 14 days from the time when the cause for such payment occurred, despite the fact that the Defendant worked in the Labor Standards Act from September 28, 2012 to December 20, 2013 and did not pay 7,406,00 won in total, including wages, other money and valuables, etc., of the retired worker H, from April 10 to December 21, 2012, within 14 days from the date of retirement, without agreement between the parties to the extension of the payment period, within the period from September 28, 2012 to December 20, 2013.

B. An employer in violation of the Guarantee of Workers' Retirement Benefits Act did not pay retirement allowances within 14 days from the date when the grounds for such payment occurred, even though the employee was employed in the above construction site and was employed in the above work site and paid retirement allowances within 14 days from the date of retirement, the Defendant did not pay the total amount of 45,305,766 won to the said nine employees as stated in the list of crimes in the attached Table of Crimes.
