A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 2012, the Defendant may receive a loan up to KRW 90 million on the face of the settlement of mortgage by purchasing 25.5 tons of a dump truck at the request of the Defendant to inquire into the method of receiving a loan from the policeman C on November 201.

B. If a loan is granted by purchasing dump trucks under the name of four (C) because it is impossible to purchase dump trucks under the name of a bad credit bad credit, an installment will be confirmed and repaid.

Accordingly, the Defendant embezzled C’s property.
