A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Attached evidence 1 and 2 (incinyl chlorides) shall be confiscated, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

On March 29, 2013, at around 20:40, the Defendant inhaled hallucinogenic substances for about three hours at the entrance of the wing paper by inserting two kick main ocokes in a vinyl paper, which is a hallucinogenic substance, in a luculous 301, in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
