Punishment of the crime

1. On March 22, 2013, Defendant A purchased approximately KRW 25,220,00,00 from H with the knowledge that he/she was aware that he/she had obtained a taxi engineer from G from the mutual incompeting lines located in Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-si, and acquired the stolen goods by purchasing approximately 25,00,00,000 from H.

2. Defendant B is a person who operates an I-business taxi.

On September 2012, the Defendant: (a) while operating the said taxi in the Hancheon-si, Chuncheon; (b) acquired one cell phone from the victim of the fire on the back seat of the taxi; and (c) embezzled the property that left the possession of the victim by arbitrarily selling it to K on the street front of the Chuncheon-si, Jacheon-si; (d) around that time.

B. On December 2012, 2012, the Defendant: (a) while operating the said taxi at the Hancheon-si, Chuncheon; (b) acquired one cell phone from the victim of the fire on the back of the taxi; and (c) embezzled the property left from the possession of the victim by arbitrarily selling it to K in the front of the L in Chuncheon-siJ around that time.

C. On January 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) while operating the said taxi at the Hancheon-si Station of Chuncheon, found one mobile phone from which the victim was left the back of the taxi; and (b) around that time, embezzled the property of which he left the possession of the victim by arbitrarily selling it to K in the front of the L in Chuncheon-si.

3. Defendant C is a person who operates a taxi for business purpose.

On October 2012, the Defendant, while operating the said taxi in Chuncheon-si, found one cell phone from which the victim was placed on the back seat of the taxi, and embezzled the property of which he left the possession of the victim by arbitrarily selling it to K on the front side of the new bank located in Chuncheon-si Automatic on January 14, 2013.

4. Defendant D is a person who operates a taxi for N business purposes.

The defendant is operating the above taxi in the Hancheon-si of Chuncheon on January 2013, and the victim of the fire is placed in the back seat of the taxi.
