Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, “2018 Highest 752,” was a student attending the C University, and was one-year course at the same school of the victim D, and was sexual intercourses with the victim during several times from May 24, 2016 to May 2017, and was living together in the victim’s residence from April 24, 2017 to May 2017.

피고인은 자신이 협박, 모욕교사 등으로 같은 학과 학생 E을 고소한 형사사건과 관련하여 피해자에게 ‘피고인에게 유리한 진술을 해주고, 피해자가 E과 주고받은 문자메시지 내역을 달라’는 취지의 부탁을 하였으나 피해자가 이를 거절하자 화가 나, 2017. 7. 21. 20:04경 불상의 장소에서 “너 같은 것은 죽어야해 ㅋㅋ 야 자살 안하고 뭐해 얼른 자살하란 말이야 ㅋㅋ 네 장례식날 육개장 좀 먹게 ㅋㅋ”라는 내용의 문자메시지를 피해자에게 전송한 것을 포함하여 2017. 6. 15.경부터 2017. 7. 21.경까지 별지 범지일람표 1 기재와 같이 총 57회에 걸쳐 같은 방법으로 문자메세지를 전송하여 공포감이나 불안감을 유발하는 문언을 반복적으로 피해자에게 도달하게 하였다.

1.
