If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 24, 2012, at around 22:00, the Defendant driven a B ice car owned by himself while under the influence of alcohol content 0.183% from the restaurant parking lot to the front road of the tin-type public bus garage in Yangpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si.
