Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On February 23, 2016, the Defendant, at the office of the agricultural company D, Inc., Ltd., located in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-do, requested the Defendant to prepare a letter of payment from the Defendant’s creditor E, without authority, and without authority to exercise, “the construction site: the construction site: FF factory construction construction works in Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, and “the price for the supply of civil engineering materials used in the said construction (Won 2,700,000)”, written undertaking that the Defendant would pay in cash to the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Co., Ltd., Ltd., by March 31, 2016.

The phrase, “FUD,” etc., “FUD,” etc., was inserted in the name of the said company, adjacent to the documents printed by “FUDD,” etc., and affixed the rubber name plate and the corporate seal affixed thereto.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged a letter of payment in the name of the above company, which is a private document on rights and obligations.
