A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a member of an international telephone financial fraud organization in China, in which the ship company and the North Korean defectors participated, and the victim is a member of the international telephone financial fraud (one-time scaming), and the French president (D) play a role in the overall responsibility in China to issue instructions on the overall loan fraud in China, and the “E” (F) and “G” (H) play an intermediary role in collecting the amount of money withdrawn from the bank account and cash cards, etc. from the bank account in Korea.
