1. As to the Plaintiff’s share of 3/13 in the real estate listed in the attached list, Defendant B and Defendant C are 2/13.

1. Indication of Claim: On June 13, 1987, the Plaintiff purchased real estate and its site stated in the separate sheet.

After completing the registration of ownership transfer only on the site on June 16, 1987, the Plaintiff has occupied each of the above real estate in the attached list.

If so, on June 16, 2007, the prescriptive acquisition of real estate listed in the separate sheet against the plaintiff was completed.

Therefore, the Defendants are obligated to implement the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer with respect to their own shares to the Plaintiff.

2. Judgment on deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
