Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was not recognized as a person who operates sports marina business on the fiveth floor of the building in Namyang-si, Namyang-si.

Nevertheless, at around 23:00 on June 7, 2017, the Defendant was engaged in sports marina business so-called sports strawing by gathering 50,000 won or more from one string customer and cutting down the strings or guns of customers by using the strings and hands.
