The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On August 14, 2019, at around 22:30, the Defendant assaulted the victim by her hand by scambling the victim’s ear in front of the C Association located in Ansan-si B, who is an acting engineer, and scambling due to the issue of the victim D (ma, 37 years of age) and the agency expense.

2. The facts charged of the instant case are those not prosecuted against the express will of the victim under Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act.

However, according to the records, the victim can recognize the fact that he/she withdraws his/her previous wish to punish the defendant after instituting the prosecution of this case. Thus, the prosecution of this case is dismissed pursuant to Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure
