Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 23, 2016, on the road side of the 'C convenience store' located in Busan Jung-gu, Busan, around 02:37, the Defendant returned home to the Defendant by a police officer who was called out after receiving a report on drinking alcohol from the main station in the vicinity of the former and making a sit on the road.

However, the Defendant interfered with the passage of vehicles over about 23 minutes by 03:00 on the same day in a way that the Defendant walked to the center line of the same road along which the vehicle is traveling on the ground that the vehicle is bad, thereby obstructing the flow of the vehicle by enjoying the vehicle between the first and the second lanes.
