Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 9, 2017, while under the influence of alcohol 0.116% during blood transfusion, the Defendant driven a 2km car from the front side of the alcohol house in the south-gu other east-gu at the time of the border of North Korea to the front side of Samsungju-dong located in the same Gu and the front side of the same Gu.
