Punishment of the crime

On July 26, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act by the District Court of Jung-gu on July 26, 2016 and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 18, 2016.

Criminal facts

“E” used mobile phone display “E” at a place where it is impossible to know the place around January 15, 2016, and received money from the victim as if he/she were a woman D, and then received money from the victim to the company bank account (Account Number: G) in F on January 15, 2016, from around 2016 to May 17, 2016, and acquired money by transfer of KRW 50,077,400 in total over 63 times as stated in attached Table 1.

On April 2016, the Defendant sent a national bank account (Account Number: I) in the name of the Defendant to the Defendant’s bank account (Account Number: 5,790,000 won deposited in the above account from April 26, 2016 to April 27, 2016, “The Defendant lent the account number that can only be used for other fraud, and withdraws the money deposited in the above account number and then would give KRW 100,000 per the account number and KRW 5,790 per the day, 5,000 per the account from April 26, 2016 to April 27, 2016.”

Ultimately, the Defendant, in collusion with C and H, acquired KRW 5,790,000 out of the above money, as stated in the attached Table 1 Nos. 43 through 49, from April 2016 to April 27, 2016.

"2017 Highest 608" defendant received a proposal from Hain H that he will give 100,000 won and 50,000 won per day by informing Ha of the account number to be used for other fraud only, and notified Ha of the credit cooperative account number (J) opened in his own name at a non-place located in Scheon-dong, Nam-dong before early 2016, in April 2016.
