Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 30, 2013, at around 20:10, the Defendant driven a car with approximately 500 meters of alcohol level 0.149% while under the influence of alcohol level 0.149% on the national highways located in the 6th 00th Pyeong-ri, Gangwon-do in the front of a horizontal terminal located in Gangseo-gu, Gangwon-do.
