The punishment of the accused shall be determined by six months of imprisonment.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant shall be the representative director of C in South-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Seoul.

On December 14, 2012, the Defendant established the right to collateral security, which is the maximum amount of 200,000,000 won for factories and 8 machinery and equipment under Article 6 of the Factory and Mining Foundation Mortgage Act, including the assessed price of 74,00,000 won, owned by C Co., Ltd.

On December 2, 2012, the Defendant concealed one of the instant “CNC Plasma M/C” appraised price of KRW 74,000,000, which the victim owns a collateral security, in exchange for the market price in the shape of gas with one influence via a person without a name, thereby concealing one’s own property that became the object of another’s rights.
