Punishment of the crime

On February 20, 2013, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 700,00,000 from the Seoul Western District Court as an offense of interference with business, etc., and KRW 1,00,000,000 as a fine for insult by the same court on July 1, 2013.

On November 5, 2013, at least 21:30, the Defendant: (a) found the victim D’s packing horse in front of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) found that the victim was punished by the victim’s report on the package horse in front of the package box operated by the victim prior to the above, and obstructed the victim’s packing horse business by force of approximately 30 minutes, such as franchising the victim’s franchis, and franchising the victim’s franchis, among other customers in the above main points, while having other customers in the above main points.
