Defendant Republic of Korea shall indicate attached real estate to the Plaintiff

1. Attached reference maps 63,72, 72.

1. Determination as to the cause of claim

A. The defendant Republic of Korea shall indicate the attached real estate 1. section

2. The owner of each land described is the owner.

2. Defendant B shall indicate attached real estate.

3) On October 7, 2005, the Plaintiff purchased 2142 square meters and 136 square meters from Defendant B of Gangseo-si, Gangnam-si, and completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to each of the above lands under the receipt of 34455 on October 10, 2005. Each of the above lands shall be deemed to be the instant land by means of the merger as of January 19, 2006 and the change of land category on November 13, 2006 and the registration of ownership transfer with respect to each of the above lands (hereinafter “instant land”).

4) After purchasing the instant land, the Plaintiff planted pine trees for gardening purposes on its ground, and the indication of the attached real estate in the course of growing the said pine trees is indicated.

1. The indication of “b” portion of 64 square meters in the ship connecting each point of the attached 63, 72, 73, 62, and 63 in sequence among the land indicated in the attached reference, and the indication of attached real estate;

5) If the Plaintiff intends to remove trees for the purpose of selling pine trees for the above number of trees, it is necessary to operate the truck and the passage of 4 meters in width is required for the operation of the trees.
