If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a representative of the C real representative located in Daegu-gu B and is an employer who runs a construction business using two full-time employees.

When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and other money or valuables within 14 days after the cause for such payment occurred.

Provided, That the date may be extended by mutual agreement between the parties in extenuating circumstances.

Nevertheless, the Defendant retired from office as pipeline facilities hole from February 2, 2015 to July 2, 2016, the Defendant did not pay KRW 3,830,000 for wages on December 12, 2015, KRW 3,420,00 for wages on January 3, 2016, KRW 3,330,00 for wages on February 2, 2016, KRW 2520,00 for wages on March 1, 2016, and KRW 960,00 for wages on February 1, 2016, KRW 280,00 for wages on April 2, 2016, KRW 312,00 for wages on April 31, 2016, and KRW 2,530,000 for retirement workers on June 21, 206 without agreement.
