Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 27, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won in Seoul Eastern District Court at the Seoul Eastern District Court at the Seoul Eastern District Court at the same time on May 15, 2009 and a fine of two million won in Seoul East Eastern District Court at the same time on May 15, 2009.

On September 14, 2013, at around 22:11, the Defendant driven a car with approximately 15 km from the locked Station in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul to the roads in front of 269-3, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, with a blood alcohol concentration of at least 0.155%.
