Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Anyone who intends to install or install and operate emission facilities exceeding the scale prescribed by Presidential Decree, among emission facilities not subject to permission, shall report to the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Environment.

Nevertheless, from around March 7, 2017 to March 7, 2020, the Defendant installed approximately 250 square meters of plastic houses on the land B and C, which are emission facilities, and did not report to the head of the Si/Gun/Gu.
