The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. In relation to the misunderstanding of facts and misapprehension of legal principles, the Defendant did not commit an injury by assaulting the Victim F as stated in the judgment below.

(2) In relation to the obstruction of business, the Defendant did not arrive by not later than 6 p.m. on the day prior to the representative’s meeting and did the same act as stated in the judgment of the court below in the process of protesting to the effect of a prior written resolution of the head of two invalid under the Business Regulations of the Union, which is a business hour prior to the representative’

B. The punishment sentenced by the lower court against the Defendant (the penalty amounting to KRW 3.5 million) is too unreasonable.

2. Determination

A. According to the evidence duly admitted and examined by the court below, the defendant's act of assaulting the victim F as stated in the judgment below can be acknowledged as having inflicted an injury, according to the judgment of misunderstanding of facts and misapprehension of legal principles.

Therefore, the defendant's above assertion is without merit.

(1) A victim made a relatively concrete and consistent statement from an investigative agency to the lower court on the background, contents, etc. of the victim’s injury due to Defendant’s assault, and the testimony from the police officer dispatched to the scene also conforms to this.

② The victim visited the hospital on the following day of the instant case and received a written diagnosis of injury, and it is difficult to find out the circumstances where the victim could suffer injury due to other causes except the instant case, in line with the causes and details of the injury alleged by the victim.

(2) In full view of the following facts admitted by the evidence duly adopted and examined by the court below, even if the motive or purpose of the act as stated in the judgment of the court below is acknowledged as legitimate, the act satisfies the requirements such as reasonableness and supplement in the means and method.

It is difficult to see this.
