Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On December 4, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Gwangju District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 12, 2014.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Fraud;
A. (4) On May 5, 2012, the Defendant acquired economic benefits equivalent to the same amount by deceiving the victim by the said method at the above place, around 05:0, while he/she was provided with alcohol and alcohol equivalent to KRW 250,000 from the victim, the Defendant did not pay the amount, and acquired economic benefits equivalent to the same amount.
5 The Defendant, around 19:00 on March 2, 2014, by deceiving the victim from the Gju points in the management of the victim in Gwangju Mine-gu in the aforesaid manner, and even if he/she was provided with the victim with an alcoholic beverage in an amount equivalent to KRW 170,00,000, he/she paid the amount.
