Reasons
Punishment of the crime

3. The Defendant of a general product fire-prevention, as described in paragraph 2, leaves the same place immediately after setting fire to the said car, and leaves the building located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H on March 22, 2015 at approximately 67 meters away from around 03:50 on March 22, 2015.
