Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 21, 2013, at around 17:20, the Defendant started from the Yellow Station of 106-1 New Station in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, and proceeded with the two lines subway that are operated in the direction of the Daeungdong Station of Mapo-gu, and on the ground that the Defendant changed the victim C (year 53) in the direction of the river basin of Mapo-gu, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim, such as the ewal dume, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment.
