Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall unlawfully use a two-wheeled automobile number plate, etc. under the Motor Vehicle Management Act.

Nevertheless, around June 2019, the Defendant arbitrarily attached a two-wheeled automobile number plate (C) owned by the Defendant on the roads in front of the Defendant’s residence in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, and operated the two-wheeled automobile in Seoul, including his residence, from around that time to September 29, 2019.

Accordingly, the defendant used a two-wheeled automobile number plate unlawfully.
