On August 18, 2015, at around 02:00, the Defendant driven B rocketing car with blood alcohol content of about 0.124% at a section of about 10 meters from the uppermost of the jukikikist in Ansan-si, the uppermost-gu, Ansan-si, the uppermost-ro 11st century.
