Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 50,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 25,000 won shall be one day.

On June 13, 2019, at around 07:55, the Defendant driven a Dmotor bicycle on the road between the sidewalk and the roadway of the building C located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
