A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 20, 2014, at around 17:40, the Defendant: (a) received 112 report that a prisoner was satisfing; and (b) requested that the police officer assigned to the police box of the Gyeongcheon-gu Police Station C to return home from the police officer assigned to the police box of the Gyeongcheon-gu Police Station; (c) requested the above D to have the satisfing on the sat; and (d) let the satfling on the satch.

At this time, on June 20, 2014, the Defendant, while getting on and moving the patrol vehicle, demanded the above D to take a bath and get off from the patrol vehicle in front of 1190, Sincheon-gu, Sincheon-gu, Sincheon-gu, Sincheon-gu, Sincheon-gu, Geumcheon-gu, and said D to take a bath for the Defendant from the patrol vehicle to take off from the patrol vehicle and to the said D.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the protection of the lives, bodies, and property of the police officers.
