The punishment of the accused shall be determined by a year of imprisonment.

However, for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A special intimidation: (a) around 13:40 on December 3, 2018, the Defendant applied for the lease of books from the Dongdaemun Library Library reading room in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu on the ground that the victim B (the age of 23) working as social work personnel at the library does not appear in mind; (b) attached to the sign of the book, stating “Weight is so flick. Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim with a deadly weapon.

2. On December 3, 2018, in front of the Dongdaemun Library located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, about 15:39, 2018, the Defendant engaged in the obstruction of performance of official duties provided that D repeatedly takes a bath to D’s patrol team affiliated with the police officer of the Dongdaemun-gu Police Station C District patrol Team, who was dispatched after being reported 112 due to the same act as described in paragraph (1) of the Defendant, and repeatedly takes a bath to D’s “I wish to take a bath, I do not desire to do so,” and I swear D’s drinking.
