1. The Defendant shall pay 51,086,200 won to the Plaintiff and 20% per annum from October 15, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 6 (including the number of pages), the plaintiff who operates the fire doors manufacturing business, etc. (However, the plaintiff, although the trade name was developed at the time, but the trade name was changed as of May 20, 2014) supplied goods related to the door mold, etc., such as the door mold, to the defendant who runs the business of manufacturing the windows, etc. during the period from November 1, 2013 to December 31, 2014, as stated in the attached Form "Report on Transactions by Period", but the fact that the price was 51,086,200 won was unpaid. Accordingly, the defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum from October 15, 2014 to the day following the delivery of the copy of the complaint of this case as the plaintiff sought.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition.
