The Defendant is operating a adult product store with the trade name "C" in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B and 202.

No person shall sell medicines or forged drugs manufactured or imported without permission.

Nevertheless, around 14:40 on September 4, 2013, the Defendant sold 20,000 won of forged Kagra 2, which was manufactured or imported without permission to customers with no name in the above adult product shop.
