A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From December 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) operated online shopping mall (C) that sells natural rains and female clothing with the trade name of C; (b) seized almost little accounts through malicious code and licensing sites; and (c) used them to publicize its online shopping mall.

1. On January 16, 2017, the Defendant distributed a malicious program to take off the NAV Account: (a) had a face in G’s e-mail account using the PC that was assigned to the IP address E and purchased via the Internet; and (b) had a face in G’s e-mail account using the NAW that was made by accessing the PC that was purchased via the Internet; and (c) had a Nnished on the NA’s e-mail account operating the G G NA-related NA.

ㅠㅠ 글 좀 내려 주세요’ 라는 제목으로 PC 관리자 권한을 탈취하여 키로 깅, 도청, 원격 제어, 웹 캠 보기 등을 수행하는 악성 프로그램인 ‘ 사진 1.exe' 파일이 포함된 ’ 문제가 된 사진 .zip' 파일을 첨부한 이메일을 발송한 것을 비롯하여, 같은 날 별지 범죄 일람표 (1) 기 재와 같이 총 16회에 걸쳐 16명의 네이버 블 로그 운영자들을 상대로 위와 같은 이메일을 발송하여 악성 프로그램을 유포하였다.

2. On January 30, 2017, the Defendant: (a) produced a web page file which is substantially similar to the NAV’s image, ID, and password entry column from around 21:12:49, the Defendant, at around January 30, 201, stored the web page in the USB domain; and (b) opened the said web page similar to the address of the NAB domain name and opened the web page for business purposes, thereby opening the NAB’s web page to seize the ID, password, and password; and (c) opened the NAB website to seize the NAB member’s ID and password on February 15, 2017.
